Contoso and workspace1 "B2B users must specify their organization UPN in tenant name". in this question, Contoso is the B2B tenant. check the link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-premium-connect-tools#connecting-to-a-premium-workspace
