but again, even if you don't add it to the site map, it would be visible. maybe the use case would need it in a certain process and adding to the site map makes no point.
you are right offline mode and accessibility is not the same and it does not tell that it needs to be "accessible" offline. maybe they thought that for fields service it should be always acessible offline, but that's a bit far-fetched.
re-reading it today, it is even a more confusing question.
i also had the faint feeling that access could mean different things. but in a technical context i clearly understand it as adding privileges to an (exsiting) role and ensure the new entity supports offline and mobile capabilities. usually i would not read it as making it available in some menue. still i guess it is the correct answer. bad question
i go for B. Create a new role and assign it to the technicians.
the reason is a pure grammatical one. the question speaks in plural about entitIES and A, C and D only in singulare ONE (THE) entity. While B can fit with the plural tense (but it is the worst idea to create (a new) fields app and a new role just for the sake to make custom entities (only) available to field service staff. With my sincere regret for these field service technicians.
still in two minds "to configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app" creating a new role does not configure this app... even though there is the thing with the plural and singular...
