Provided answers don't make any sense. You can't add entities to offline profile when they are not enabled for offline sync... 1) Edit sitemap entities in Field Service Mobile model-driven app (so they are available to mobile online) 2) Enable entities for mobile offline sync (so that we can add them to mobile offline profile) 3) Create a mobile offline profile or update the existing... (so we add entities to mobile offline profile) 4) Add users to the correct mobile profile, and publish (so specific users can see entities added previously to mobile offline profile)

i would make the entities available for offline. not sure if this step is meant with: 1) Edit sitemap entities in Field Service Mobile model-driven app (so they are available to mobile online)

my answer is Create a mobile offline profile, or update the existing Field Service mobile offline profile to determine what data will be available while offline. Enable entities for mobile offline synchronization. Enable the Field Service mobile model-driven app for offline use. Add users to the correct mobile offline profile, and publish the offline profile. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/mobile/setup-mobile-offline#set-up-a-mobile-offline-profile not sure if it is forbidden to enable the entities in a first step and how the test handles cases where multiple sequences are not wrong.
