B. There is nothing about the Outlook in the question, so E is wrong.

Selected Answer: D
There is no correct answer provided. Closest is D, but should say 'without premium connectors' or 'with standard connectors'. It's not B because you don't need a business process flow. You 'could' use Power Automate Desktop to do the manual work, but a cloud flow is more appropriate. Poor set of answers is the just of it.

Chat GPT: Correct Answer: None of the provided options directly meet the requirement. The most appropriate solution would be to create a Power Automate cloud flow with connectors to SharePoint and Dataverse. Unfortunately, none of the options explicitly mention using the correct connectors. However, among the given options, Option B (with modification to use a cloud flow instead of a desktop flow) is the closest to the correct solution. In a real-world scenario, you would create a Power Automate cloud flow that: Triggers when a new item is added to the SharePoint list. Uses connectors for SharePoint to retrieve the data. Uses connectors for Dataverse to create a new record with the retrieved data. But given the constraints of the provided answers, Option B is the most aligned, though it would typically be executed via a cloud flow rather than a desktop flow. & Copilot and Gemini were set on B as well.

Answer is D assuming Dataverse connector is a standard one so ignored. It can't B since calling a PAD flow from a Business Cloud Flow is cumbersome and not of level for PL-900 exams. If you think simple & straight it is Answer: D

PAD cannot access Data verse database. PA cloud flows can do this easily. So answer is D or E

B. Are there better options? Yes. Are there present on the answer? No. The user does that manually, so desktop flow.

It seems like some are just pissing in the well and ruining it for everyone else. B is most likely the answer, probably not optimal but is the only option that works Not D, a connector is required for SharePoint regardless of rmeng's thoughts Not E, an email connector does not get you to SharePoint

Wrong.. PAD cannot access Dataverse database. PA cloud flows can do this easily. So answer is D or E (can be ignored since email is involved)

Selected Answer: D
In D, you need connectors for SharePoint and Dataverse to create the cloud flow. However, these connectors are considered as standard connectors, which means they are included in the Power Automate license and do not incur any additional costs. Therefore, you can create a cloud flow with no connectors in terms of pricing, but you still need to use the SharePoint and Dataverse connectors in terms of functionality.

There is nothing that needs to be send to the email in this problem. Build a BPF that calls a Power Automate to input the data

B- business process flow can be used to guide users through the process of entering information. Within this business process flow, you can incorporate a step that triggers a Power Automate desktop flow to automate the copying of information to the Microsoft Dataverse instance. This will streamline the manual process and improve efficiency.

Selected Answer: E
Here are the steps on how to create the flow: Create a new Power Automate cloud flow. Add a trigger that fires when a new record is created in the SharePoint list. Add an action to copy the information from the SharePoint list record to a Dataverse record. Save and publish the flow. The flow will now automatically copy the information from the SharePoint list to Dataverse whenever a new record is created in the list.
