1. No. Users can create personal views 2. No. They can be hidden from all/certain roles but not deleted/deactivated from the system. 3. Yes. Subgrid

2 is NO because as it's stated here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-edit-views?view=op-9-1 -> You cannot delete or deactivate these views.
