Answer is no, it should be "Add-DnsServerQueryResolutionPolicy" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/networking/dns/deploy/apply-filters-on-dns-queries

I agree with you. Example 5: Block queries from a subnet on your link can be used for this solution.

I think No is correct. To solve this problem use Add-DnsServerQueryResolutionPolicy. Further QueryResolutionPolicy defines clients that can query for DNS. While NRPT defines whether client use DNSSET or not.

I believe answer is correct. Network List Manager Policies are used to modify/configure how networks are listed.

Network List Manager Policies identify types of networks - private or public, not specific networks.
