A company implements Microsoft Power Apps on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Sales team members must take photos of their travel expense receipts and enter basic information about purchases.

The accounting team must be able to view and update records in a shared Microsoft Excel document on mobile devices.

You need to select the type of Power Apps app for each scenario.

Which type of app should you use? To answer, drag the appropriate apps to the correct scenarios. Each app may be used once, more than once, or not at all. You may need to drag the split bar between panes or scroll to view content.

NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point.

I think both answers are Canvas App Sales team needs to take pics so automatically Canvas App Accounting team is using an Excel doc -- if you use a model driven app you would have to constantly import new data --- whereas a canvas app using a connector will automatically get that new data onto the canvas app

1) Canvas app - As we can use camera control in the app 2) Model Driven - as the team would see the structured records sourced from MS excel

Answer is correct. Model-driven apps have views and detail screens based on the data structure and have a scenario useful for tracking activies associated with data like expense claims. Canvas apps use connectors to access data eg. spreadsheet connector https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/guidance/planning/app-type

On this site (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/simple-image-control-for-model-driven-apps/) it says "Earlier in 2020, we announced the preview for large images within model apps. Part of this announcement was the preview for our image annotation control, which allows for images to be added to a form and then the ability for them to be marked up with any additional information. This is great for field service and similar scenarios where would you want to take a photo and then potentially highlight an area." --> so it seems that it is possible to take photos in the Model-driven apps, am I correct? Also, this page talks about taking photos https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Model-driven-app-Custom-Page-using-Add-Picture-camera-control/td-p/2004419

The last link you provided talks about selecting a photo from a gallery and updating some fields on the form but it does not mention the usage of camera control within the model-driven app. Currently, camera control is not used with the model-driven app.
