A and B Option D is false, because assigning parties in the global address book will not prevent the creation of duplicate contacts. I would choose A - because that will give a warning when a user creates a new record that a duplicate exists. B - Check for duplicates, in order to mitigate already created ones. E Set the secure by address book parameter prohibits certain user groups to access sensitive address information. I don't see how this could stop creating duplicates.
