Selected Answer: B
Correct answer is B. The key words are "Most products". That means that not all products are packed in 12 and 24, which would be the case with multiples.

Selected Answer: A
To ensure that customers always purchase products in predefined package quantities (e.g., 12 or 24) in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, you should recommend: A. Set up purchase order multiples for the items. Setting up purchase order multiples allows you to define specific quantities in which items should be ordered. By setting the purchase order multiples to match the predefined package quantities (12 or 24 in this case), you ensure that customers purchase the products in these quantities. This helps streamline ordering processes and ensures consistency in packaging for customers.

Agree with s23423, standard is to set up one fixed quantity The correct one - multiples by 12 so you will enforce to respect the pack amount.

I think the best way to manage is using multiples (so that it can be 12 0r a multiple of 12, like 24). Standard would only be 12 or 24, but not both of them.
