Round robin means evey salesperson gets to be assigned with a lead each and then continue with next round of lead assignment to each salesperson. The question says "even lead distribution amongst salespeople" so round robin is the correct answer. If it is to do with balancing workload, then it is load balancing, i.e., keep number of leads assigned per salesperson to be as close as possible.
