I also support C & D because in the Field Service Price List Item, if you select Flat Fee = Yes, both the Minimum Charge Amount and the Minimum Charge Duration become hidden.

ACD are all settings available on the Field Service Work Order Service, however, I feel that C & D are most correct since setting a flat fee will not allow any flexibility. I am inclined to support the current answer, C & D

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/create-price-list Since the goal is to stop losing money, we should have a flat fee and a minimum charge amount. We shouldn't be that interested in the time NOT billed to a customer
