C should be correct. Just check Teams Admin Center -> Voice -> Direct Routing -> select an SBC -> Usage -> go to the bottom of the page -> First column called SIP Response Codes.

You can use the following tools to monitor your configuration: Call Quality Dashboard SBC logs The Direct Routing service has descriptive error codes reported to either Call Analytics or the SBC logs.

Seems like A is the correct response from reading here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cqd-data-and-reports#detailed-reports Also, C doesn't mention the Health Dashboard, it talks about the Usage tab, which is not where the Health Dashboard for Direct Routing can be found.
