The answer - Premium SSD. Calculating (including Premium v2 only for curiosity): - Premium SSD, P40, 2048 GB/disk, 7500 iops/disk, 8 disks (to achieve 60000 iops) =$2072 - Premium v2 SSD, 500 GB/disk, 15000 iops/disk, 4 disks (to achieve 60000 iops) = $405 - Ultra disks, 512 GB/disk, 15000 iops/disk, 4 disks (to achieve 60000 iops) = $3402
