Account is entity name. Information is the form to make the change from.

Maybe you should check yourselft. For Account entity, go to form and you will see Account as the main form not Information. Some non-custom entities use the name of the entity as main form name. Another example is the Appointment entity. So Account is correct.

You should open the Information form in the app designer to remove the Fax column from the form. The form name is shown at the top of the form, next to the table name. In this case, the form name is Information, and the table name is Account. You can see the form name in the screenshot below: To open the form in the app designer, you can follow these steps1: Sign in to Power Apps. Select Tables. If the item isn’t in the left navigation pane, select …More and then select the item you want. Open the Account table, and then select the Forms area. Select the Information form from the list of forms, and then select Edit from the command bar. The form designer opens to enable you to configure the properties for the form. You can remove the Fax column by selecting it and then selecting Delete from the command bar.
