C as Windows Deployment Services is able to serve PXE requests. Couldn't find an exact article, but PowerShell cmdlet for WDS includes Get-WDSMulticastClient and other commands showing it is a feature of WDS. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/wds/get-wdsmulticastclient?view=windowsserver2022-ps

official Microsoft documentation confirms that MDT was removed from the MD‑102 exam objectives in the April 2024 update. This comes from the Microsoft Exam Resource Guide for MD‑102, which states: “The Plan and implement a Windows client deployment by using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) section has been removed from the exam”   That’s an official source (Microsoft Learn / exam guide), not a third-party guess. So you can be confident MDT is no longer tested on MD‑102.

To ensure that your MDT deployment share (MDT1) supports multicast deployments, you need to install Windows Deployment Services (WDS) on Server1. WDS provides the necessary multicast functionality to MDT. Therefore, the correct answer is: C. Windows Deployment Services (WDS)

C is correct Multicast requires that Windows Deployment Services (WDS) is running on Windows Server 2008 or later. In addition to the core MDT setup for multicast, the network needs to be configured to support multicast. In general, this configuration means involvement of the organization networking team to ensure that Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) snooping is turned on and that the network is designed for multicast traffic. The multicast solution uses IGMPv3. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-10/deployment/deploy-windows-mdt/deploy-a-windows-10-image-using-mdt
