i can rule out A. Update the mobile offline profile to include the correct Field Service security roles. D. Ensure you have the correct security role (Field Service - Offline Resource), and that the security role is assigned to the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app. because a) i did not see the option to add roles to an offline profile d) does not exist. remains b or c possible c) you actually can add users to the mobile offline profile (but if you have an organisation of 5 users this might be okay but if you have an organisation of 5000+ users and high level of job rotation...) possible but high level of admin work?! b) the problem with b is if me as an ADMIN "ensure YOU have" how is this supposed to help the users reporting the issue if THEY DON'T have...!! so i go for c), even though i don't like the user by user adding case (rather like to add a team or security role)

maybe let the users access the right environment like question 217B. Select the menu icon on the top left, and toggle Show non-production apps to Yes. Most Voted
