There is no question type called numerical or fixed sum. Answer should be: 1. Single Response 2. Rating - rating question can have a custom score applied out of 100, weighted differently against each of the 5 rating options 3. Single Respone - restriction can be applied to this question type to only accept numerical values

no! You can accept multiple answers for your question by turning on the Multiple answers toggle. Respondents choose one or more answers from the list by selecting one or more check boxes. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/available-question-types#rating
