Yes-No-No Yes, this is true. You can control access to model-driven app forms in Power Apps by setting security roles for a form. This allows you to assign forms to the security roles that different groups of people belong to. No, this is not true. The label of a column on a form is the same as the column display name. You can change the display name of a column in the table designer, but this will also change the label of the column on any form that uses it. No, this is not true. You cannot edit the system view named Quick Find to change the title and subtitle displayed for records in a look-up column. The title and subtitle are determined by the primary name and primary field of the table, and they cannot be changed in the view designer.

[end quote] Answer is YES, go into a model-driven app form, click on a form column label, change the label text in the properties pane, and you'll see the display name of the column remains the same. So, yes, the label CAN be different from the display name. What you are experiencing may be that the label name defaults to whatever the display name is...but you CAN change that label.
