For me its ACE. The question already assumes that we will use Powershell so this eliminates D (coz it does not mention anything about using browser and we want to use Powershell). A is most definitely correct, B is not correct because it does not mention anything about Powershell installation on Linux (which has to be done prior) C is sufficient to run the Powershell script E is most likely correct as it is the most standard and common approach
