Selected Answer: B
Note: If you don't see any options for simultaneous ring in your settings, it's likely you don't have an Enterprise Voice or Business Voice license. Also note that it can take up to 24 hours for changes in licenses to take effect. Probably the question indicates that forwarding options have to appear as seen in the below. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/call-forwarding-call-groups-and-simultaneous-ring-in-microsoft-teams-a88da9e8-1343-4d3c-9bda-4b9615e4183e Then B.Enterprise voice should be the answer.

From your link, the is a note as below. Note: If you don't see any options for call forwarding in your settings, it's likely that you don't have an Enterprise Voice or Business Voice license. Since we can see the call forwarding (as shown in teh screenshot), this means the Enterprise Voice license is already there. So it can't be B! I would prefer D is correct!

D Here's why: Simultaneous ring: This feature allows users to receive incoming calls on multiple devices simultaneously. It also enables users to change the destination of forwarded calls by selecting a different device from the list of ringing devices. Other options: Busy on busy when in a call: This setting determines how incoming calls are handled when the user is already in a call. It doesn't affect the ability to change the destination of forwarded calls. Enterprise Voice: This add-on license enables users to make and receive phone calls from Teams using traditional phone numbers. It doesn't directly impact the ability to change the destination of forwarded calls. Outbound calling: This feature allows users to make calls to external phone numbers from Teams. It also doesn't affect the ability to change the destination of forwarded calls.

Selected Answer: B
To forward calls in Microsoft Teams, you typically need a Phone System license. Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 plans and provides the Phone System feature, allowing for call forwarding within Teams.
