Correct On the SOFS cluster: New-StorageQosPolicy: This cmdlet is used to create a new Storage QoS policy that defines the minimum and maximum IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second) for storage. On the Hyper-V cluster: Set-VMHardDiskDrive: This cmdlet is used to configure the QoS policy for a virtual hard disk drive attached to a virtual machine. You do not need to use the Set-VMSan cmdlet in this scenario, as it is used for configuring virtual SANs (Storage Area Networks) and is not directly related to Storage QoS.
