The given answers are correct. 1. Product Recipt. The case-study text- The company periodically performs testing on ceramicware as it is received to determine whether the products contain lead. 2. 10 Percent. The case-study text- Ten percent of all ceramicware items received must be tested for lead.

The only thing I'll say is, I have not worked with anyone who does purchase registration prior to purchase receipt, so I'm unable to judge why attaching the quality association to registration is less desirable than product receipt, other than "every one must receive but not everyone will register." So I agree with the answers, but would like a better understanding of the pros and cons of quality association at registration.
