D. Ensure the "attribute name" of the field with the "URL" is set to “image” when setting up the trigger. You will have to chose from given attributes and their displaynames or schema names are not "image". it says here: url! so best case it is type url, worst case one of the text field types. Therefore, I would rule out D: rather A, B
