Tricky question. read carefully. We need to encrypt the SHARE, not the Folder contents. File Manager is for Folder contents EFS. Server Manager is where you go to encrypt the SHARE! Server Manager is the correct answer!!

Wow... Such a waste of brain cells this question is. Read the next question before posting to this question. This is File manager for contents of a Shared Folder. Next question is Server Manager for the SMB Share itself.

Read the question, Which tool should you use ? so Server Manager You can encrypt files from > file and storage services > share > properties of the folder and then setting, there is an encrypt data access checkbox which is unchecked by default.
