It should be snapshot replication. The Always On availability groups feature is a high-availability and disaster-recovery solution that provides an enterprise-level alternative to database mirroring.

Snapshot replication is not a near-real time solution, as per the question. Therefore AG (with synchronous commit mode) is a more fitting solution.
