Open your Intune tenant or "suit' as Microsoft likes to call it. Go to devices -> Windows -> Windows configuration -> create profile -> fill in the basic and click next -> from the 'Configuration settings' you can click on +Add settings -> Control Policy Conflict. Automatically MDM Wins Over GP will appear.
