CoPilot: Operational Action Types, like Action4 and Action5, typically require a status change to "Implemented" in order to update the compliance scores. This is because operational actions often involve procedural or policy changes that need to be confirmed as completed before they can be considered effective. In your case, for the compliance scores to be updated: Action4 (Restrict Access to privileged accounts) associated with CA1 needs to have its status set to "Implemented". Action5 (Update security awareness training) associated with CA2 also needs to have its status set to "Implemented". Once these actions are marked as implemented, the compliance scores for the respective assessments should be updated accordingly. It's important to ensure that the implementation status is accurately reflected in your compliance management system to maintain the integrity of the compliance scores.

I think it should be Y-Y-N and the difference is made from the action for that is implemented. action5 and action6 are not implemented. from this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/compliance-manager-improvement-actions I read " When an improvement action is successfully tested and implemented, you receive the maximum possible points for that action, which gets credited to your overall compliance score." so, the action has to be implemented to be counted

Points are awarded per action per assessment. For example, if an action is worth 10 points but it appears in two assessments, the action is worth 20 points overall for your tenant. An exception is for technical actions that are scoped to your tenant; points for these actions are granted once per action, regardless of how many groups the action belongs to.

In my opinion this is correct. Technical improvment actinons are per tenant, not per group. In result, scoring per group has not been increased. Operational actions are calculated per group, but increase only +10 points. So only C23 increase +10 (N, N, Y)

"Technical improvment actinons are per tenant, not per group" , this statement is correct but your understanding of it is not correct. Basically, lets say there are 2 improvement actions "Do xyz" in assessment 1 and assessment 2, each worth 10 points. Then if you implement both of them then 10 points gets increased to each assessment and 20 points gets increased to tenant. But if that improvement action is "technical", then for tenant it will be only counted once, so only 10 points increased for tenant score but each assessment will also get 10 point increase..

Agree, The overall compliance score is calculated using action scores, where each Microsoft action is counted once, each technical action you manage is counted once, and each non-technical action you manage is counted once per group. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/compliance-manager-scoring
