the maximum past activity detection period for emails in Microsoft 365 is 90 days. This means that certain actions or activities related to emails, such as message tracking, auditing, and eDiscovery, are typically retained for a maximum of 90 days. This retention period can vary based on specific configurations and policies set by administrators.
