2nd answer should be: an assignment duration and justification. PIM admin doesn't configure MFA.

2nd part - duration and justification. When assigning a role, you choose either active or eligible, then duration is mandatory or tick permanent (in this question permanent eligible is NOT allowe) then you need justification to complete it.
