After you delete an app registration, the app remains in a suspended state for 30 days. During that 30-day window, the app registration can be restored, along with all its properties. Box 1: App1, App2, App3, and App4 Box 2: App roles, Users and groups, client secrets, and Self-service https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/howto-restore-app

Given answers look correct. That being said, it seems they are updating correct answer selections at times because some past comments are giving the same answer listed here while wondering how they (examtopic) came up with (seemingly wrong prior) a wrong answer. So I guess that is a good thing! Box 1: App1, App2, App3, and App4 Box 2: App roles, Users and groups, client secrets, and Self-service

1) All apps because you are within 30 days of deletion. 2) All settings are still configured once you restore and app....so everything as well. Box 1: App1, App2, App3 and App4 Box 2: App roles, Users and groups, client secrets and Self-service No idea how they came up with their answer. Apps were all deleted on the same day and there is a 30 day recover period. According to documentation, all settings restored except conditional access policies. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/restore-application?pivots=aad-powershell
