ACD - TCP port 5061 is used for SIP signaling and UDP ports 3478-3481 are used for media traffic.

SIP clients usually use TCP or UDP on port numbers 5060 or 5061 to connect to SIP servers and other SIP endpoints.

Signaling to Teams is TCP 5061. UDP is mediastream and not signaling. MS Teams uses 5067 TLS for signaling which is TCP based. upvoted 4 times
