Internal: Detects communications between the supervised users or groups in this policy. Inbound: Detects communications sent to supervised users from external and internal senders, including other supervised users in this policy. Who his a member of the group will follow this policy, if you need to exclude some member, add him inside "Excluded users and group2. So, based on this info: User 1 send to user 2 (outbound triggered) User 1 send to [email protected] (outbound triggered) friend send to user2 (nothing triggered, for let it trigger, user2 should be part of a policy who control inbound communication).
