Answer is A. Under "Onboarding Windows 10 or Windows 11 devices" it says: "1. Open the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. Choose Settings > Device onboarding > Devices. 2. Choose Turn on device onboarding. 3. Choose Onboarding to begin the onboarding process." "Turn on device onboarding" is useful if devices have already been onboarded to MDE and we want to onboard the devices to purview. I will go with C
