No, Yes, Yes. NO-YES-YES User1 can switch to the public preview features by using the Teams client: NO Explanation: User1's policy (Policy1) explicitly disables public preview features, overriding the Global policy's "Follow office preview" setting. Therefore, User1 cannot access public preview features, even though the Global policy would usually allow it. User2 can switch to the public preview features by using the Teams client: YES Explanation: User2's policy (Policy2) explicitly enables public preview features, overriding the Global policy. This allows User2 to access public preview features within their Teams client, regardless of the Office preview schedule. User3 can switch to the public preview features by using the Teams client: YES Explanation: User3 falls under the Global policy, which permits users to manually toggle public preview features, making them accessible.

I don't think that is correct, if only user enrolled in Current Channel (Preview) for office updates to align with , otherwise No. • Follow Office Preview (default) o This default option will automatically enable Teams Public Preview features for any user enrolled in Current Channel (Preview). o There are no additional actions required by the end-user. • Enabled o This option enables Teams Public Preview - regardless of whether a user is enrolled in Current Channel (Preview). o The end-user must also opt-in to Teams public preview in their Teams app. Refer how to switch to public preview for details. Note: For existing users in Teams Public Preview who are NOT in Current Channel (Preview), IT admins need to switch from default, “Follow Office Preview” to “Enabled”. • Not enabled o Teams Public Preview features will not be available to end-users.
