The answer is No. While the -AllowIPVideo parameter in New-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy does control video usage in Teams meetings, it applies to all meetings, not specific locations. Setting it to $False would prevent video calls for those users everywhere, not just at the corporate site.

I think the answer is Yes. For it to be No, the new policy should be assigned to everyone in the org. Or the global Org-Wide policy must be edited.
