I don't think so. The logic app never runs, so the run history will be empty.

I believe the answer -- AD -- is correct. Check the trigger history to see if the problem is upstream, and no triggers are arriving. Check the activity log to check for deployment errors that prevent it running.

The correct answers are C and D. Possible reasons for the failed execution are deployment and definition. The deployment can be confirmed by D. A definition check can be done with C. A can only confirm the call of the trigger.

Nope it says it will fail to run upon initial deployment. So it got deployed but it could not run
