The first is Historical analytics. This learn page literally describes using historical analytics with ai insights (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/administer/configure-cs-historical-analytics-csh?tabs=customerserviceadmincenter) The second is interactive experience dashboard. A big feature of interactive dashboards is using Global filters and they have an example of active cases and activities being used as such in an image example (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/use/customer-service-hub-user-guide-dashboard) Both are correct
