You don't need to provide an email to sign in anymore, it's possible to provide a phone instead for signing up and logging in. So I would say the third one is a NO. If you don’t have an account, creating one is easy! Go to the Microsoft account website, choose Sign in with Microsoft, and select Create one! From here, you can use your current email address, create a new email address, or use your phone number as an account name. Then, you’ll need to create a password. https://community.windows.com/en-us/stories/everything-you-need-to-know-about-microsoft-accounts

A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.

Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one. So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
