A. Its not possible to read from the mirror secondary DB unless you create a databse snapshot which wont applies to this case

On database mirroring, the database on the mirror side is in restoring mode and thats why not readable. So only A.

Reports should usually be performed on the readable secondary, but can be performed on the primary as well.
