Identify all the accounts that are assigned the Global Administrator role permanently: It’s now called Microsoft Entra Insights. The Microsoft Entra Insights tab shows you who is assigned to privileged roles in your organization. You can review a list of identities assigned to a privileged role and learn more about each identity. View information in the Microsoft Entra Insights tab • From the Permissions Management home page, select the Microsoft Entra Insights tab. • Select Review global administrators to review the list of Global administrator role assignments. • Select Review highly privileged roles or Review service principals to review information on principal role assignments for the following roles: Application administrator, Cloud Application administrator, Exchange administrator, Intune administrator, Privileged role administrator, SharePoint administrator, Security administrator, User administrator. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/permissions-management/product-privileged-role-insights

Review the Permission Creep Index (PCI) of User1: Analytics Customers only need to track the evolution of their Permission Creep Index (PCI) to monitor permissions usage. Customers can monitor PCI in the Analytics tab from their Permissions Management dashboard. The Permission Creep Index (PCI): Provides the following information: • Index: A numeric value assigned to the PCI. • Since: How many days the PCI value has been at the displayed level. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/permissions-management/faqs#how-can-customers-monitor-permissions-usage-with-permissions-management https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/permissions-management/usage-analytics-users#view-the-results-of-your-query

Box1: Provided answer is technically correct for an outdated question, but it is called the 'Microsoft Entra Insights' tab now https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/permissions-management/product-privileged-role-insights Box2: The dashboard provides an overall view of the PCI in your organization, but if you want to see the PCI for a specific user then you need to use the analytics tab. Correct answer is 'Analytics'
