A. User Group Filter. I tried creating a Segment in Compliance Portal, after naming the segment the very next screen asks you to add a "User Group Filter". Here you can specify the criteria for adding users to this segment like e.g "Department eq 'Marketing' " , to add users to a marketing segment. Other answer choices mentioned here can be used as criteria for "user group filter".
