D (as they are published march'22) because we need to UPDATE data on a specified table. A is wrong as we don't use SET with FROM. B is wrong because we can't 'set' a whole table Volunteer. C is not correct because UPDATE doesn't work with FROM. D is correc: updating which table, setting new value to which attribute where that attribite is of specific unwanted value now.
