The underline text is "column" In a database table, each column represents a unique record. The answer is D = "row".

The "underlined text" is there but it is not actually underlined. The "underlined text" is the sentence above the Instructions.

The answer for this question is C/Index. Every column can generally be an index. But types of index including Clustered index and Non-clustered index. And each table can only have one primary/clustered index: either a one-column primary index OR a multiple-column index (composite primary index).

OK, if that is the case, then it should make a whole sentence from the parts available in the wording provided. Not in your own words. If we were to describe in our own words, we could make it about anything really. Origin of life on earth :) Try to make a definition from the exact words we have available in the sentence and one of the options, and you will see there is no talking about indexes here. Like, at all. It's got nothing to do with indexes. The exam highlighted word was COLUMN and I know cos i only took it last week. When you replace the word 'column' with a 'row', it's a perfect definition of a record. No need to speak of indexes in own words.
