192.168.16.0/22 VNET4 - not even same class
VNET 2 is out. Others are OK.
If you're not strong with subnetting just remember the lower the number the more addresses. So a /16 will include all the address of /17, /18, 19... and so on up to /30. /16 is also the just the last 2 octets. That is why 10.10.0.0 is ok.
