Failover between replicas of the database must occur without any data loss. Premium is about the computing node (DTU) while BC is about the HA functionality. So answer should be A

Selected Answer: A
Business Critical is costlier than Basic but cheaper than Hyperscale for high availability. Premium is older terminology and Business Critical is the modern equivalent.

What about recent update ? Improve the resiliency of your General Purpose Azure SQL Managed Instances by upgrading to a zone-redundant configuration. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-au/updates/public-preview-azure-sql-updates-for-midmarch-2024/

While the General Purpose tier now supports zone-redundant configuration, it does not guarantee zero data loss in the event of a failover. The Business Critical tier, on the other hand, provides automatic failover within the same region without any data loss, which is one of your requirements.
