for me the scenario is unclear e.g. does he want to chose the date? the service type? work order type would explain what the customer wants to book: There are several types of work orders, including inspections, installations, preventative maintenance, or standard service calls. By clearly defining the types of work orders you'll provide, you'll optimize your reporting, scheduling, and pricing. so scheduling okay. service product a difficult term for me as there is only one entity which is etn=product but there is a "Field Service Product Type" (non-inventory, inventory, service)which is NOT "Service Product". communication type total crap.
