Since there is a VPN server set up to allow connections from 06:00 to 18:00 every day, it must have RAS installed and configured. That would be the place to change the connections to Monday through Friday.

But you could also do it in dial-in which would take presence over the stuff in the access policy so I think the answer here should be yes

ADUC would only do this on a per user basis. You're not going to do this for every individual user on the domain.

What? Have people here actually done any revision on on 70-741?!!!?? Doesn't seem like it. Nowhere in AD do you have the option to change the log on hours for a VPN server. The fact that the question even tells you that you have a VPN server is pretty damning of the fact that, these changes need to be made in NPS!!! Not AD!!! Answer is 100000% no.

When you go to the dail-in tab in AD as stated in the question, you can choose only for: - Allow - Deny - Control trough NPS When you go to the Account tab in AD you can specify the 'Logon Hours' but that is not stated in this question. Therefore the answer is No!

I think B is correct. Task scheduler may enable Server1 to establish VPN connections from 06:00 to 18:00. You can use Task scheduler trigger weekly pane to establish between Monday and Friday. (*1) The question' solution will use the Dial-in Properties. However, it can't specify specific day. (*1) https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-create-task-basic-task-wizard/

What I want to say is that B is correct. The link doesn't say about time restirctions.

I think this is yes, as rohw said: To control connection timeframes for a VPN connection we would need NPS. It says that this is already set up so we would go into the Dial-In properties and forward the requests to the NPS server.

With Dial In Properties you can only Allow or Deny without ability to regulate time/days That's why answer is No
