https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mobile-app/v8/set-up-manage/set-up Forms in Dynamics 365 for tablets are limited to 5 tabs (or 75 fields and 10 lists). This limit includes hidden fields. Option-B says First five tabs will display. I will go with A,D,E
