Look the "Service-side labeling labeling" method: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/apply-sensitivity-label-automatically - Locations: Microsoft 365 Group mailboxes & sites, OneDrive accounts and SharePoint classic and communication sites only. As mentioned your subscription uses both Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams.
