It's asking about "Monitoring Solution", so the answer should be Azure-Monitor for all. Azure Log Analytics will analyze the data collected by monitoring afterwards, by running queries on it.

1. Question is vague, Azure Monitor may not manage all metrics in Azure Infrastructure. However for purpose of question. Answer for metric should be Azure Monitor as it does display metric for Azure VM at least. 2. I would suggest : Azure Monitor Azure Monitor Azure Log Analytics , simply based upon the fact how Azure Monitor is advertised on Azure Monitor official webpage. They take about first two points directly but Security is treated separately.
